Food Smarts Forum: Kids & Teens > What is your SMART goal this week?

SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Action-based, Realistic, and Time-bound. This way, you'll know if you've achieved your goal! For example, your goal could be to eat breakfast every day for one week, or to take a walk after dinner three times this week, or simply to try a new food this week.

In addition to posting your goal, consider these questions in your response:

Why is this goal important to you?
Are there specific steps you will take to achieve your goal?
