I healthy breakfast to me means several food groups.
Grains ~ cereal, pancakes, french toast or just whole grain toast
Fruit ~ could be fresh berries, melon, grapes, mangos, or apple sauce or home canned peaches
Dairy in some form ~ 2% organic milk, whipped cream with my berries, or yogurt or cheese
Several times a week Eggs in some form, either in the pancakes, or scrambled or fried in olive oil or an omelet. I always try to get a combo of ingredients. I Always Have Breakfast....
