Adrienne has spent the day at the Food Futures Workshop at the IDEO.org office in New York City. The workshop is sponsored by the UN World Food Programme Innovation Accelerator and is focused on generating ideas for urban food security in Daar Es Salaam.
EatFresh.org Video Production with Youth from ArtsTech Academy
Leah’s Pantry had a blast supporting youth from the ArtsTech Academy at University City High School with the production of an EatFresh.org video this week. One of the students had never cooked anything in his life; he was proud of himself, and genuinely shocked that the Corn, Blueberry and Wild Rice salad tasted good!
