Leah’s Pantry had a blast supporting youth from the ArtsTech Academy at University City High School with the production of an EatFresh.org video this week. One of the students had never cooked anything in his life; he was proud of himself, and genuinely shocked that the Corn, Blueberry and Wild Rice salad tasted good!
Ruthi, who is 8 months pregnant(!!), spoke and tabled at the Sacramento Food Bank Agency Conference. As a panelist on Safe & Nutritious Food as a Human Right session, she shared about client-centered, trauma-informed nutrition security. We were thrilled by the high interest in NPP.
Anna facilitated her **first** FSTP in Stanislaus County last week. Her RD knowledge and bubbly personality were both a hit!
