Does the promotion of “healthy” food include all cultures?

Does the promotion of “healthy” food include all cultures? This is a big consideration in our work. Our idea of healthy eating *must* include other cultures because healthy eating *is* a part of all cultures’ cuisines! It’s not limited to a Eurocentric diet.
