I’ve read everything else he’s written, and this is almost exactly what he says it is – a short, useful guide helping people decide what to eat. Short, for sure. I read it in 25 minutes on the bike at the gym (granted, there was no new information in this for me so it read very quickly). The only major thing missing is the organization/planning piece that overwhelms most people trying to eat better. I think a few of the rules could have addressed that piece more directly.
Otherwise, another sane addition to the quest for health & wellness.
