The online course includes approximately seven (7) hours of self-paced content (videos, reflection activities, and readings) and approximately three (3) hours of instructor-led sessions on November 17 and 19, 2020 (9am-10:30am PST). Registered partner participants will gain access to our online learning management system (Talent LMS) in early November.
After completion of the course, implementers receive access to additional resources, webinars, ongoing support, and our network of pantry partners.
Audience: SNAP-Ed implementers, food bank and pantry staff, University Extension professionals, and other individuals and organizations looking for an organized policy, systems and environment (PSE) intervention to adapt to their sites. [If an agency has multiple participants, each participant must register separately so their registration email address can then be added to our online training system.]
Prerequisite: Trauma Basics and the Relationship to Nourishment—included with this course
Total Training Time: 10 hours, including Trauma Basics and the Relationship to Nourishment
Next Steps: Upon completion of this course, participants are prepared to implement the Nutrition Pantry Program at their site(s).
